Payment is expected up front after discussing details of the commission. (Payment plans for bigger commissions are available.)

Paypal USD only, I will be sending invoices to you.

I communicate through email, DMs, and telegram. Email will always be the second form of contact.

Max ETA is always visible on my Trello. It may be subject to change at any time.

I have the right to post any commission to any social media unless stated beforehand by the client.

I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY WORK BEING USED AS AN NFT OR OTHER SIMILAR FORMS OF TOKENS. EVEN IF YOU PURCHASE A COMMISSION FROM ME, YOU MAY NOT USE IT AS AN NFT.

I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY WORK BEING USED FOR AI ART. EVEN IF YOU PURCHASE A COMMISSION FROM ME, YOU MAY NOT USE IT FOR AI ART OR AI MODEL TRAINING.

All the rights to the art created goes to me, unless rights to the artwork are purchased from me. (see commercial use)

I will send a sketch for approval and then continue with finishing the piece. You can request additional line art and flat color approvals at time of purchase.

Any changes must be requested in that step, I will not go back and alter previous steps once I continue.

If you would like edits to your overall design and it is past the sketch phase, I will ask that you pay a small editing fee depending on the amount of change needed. I will always fix mistakes for no additional charge.

Feel free to ask about the progress of your commission at any time. My trello is usually up to date with commission progress.

I do not accept refunds after the art is finished or past the sketch phase. A 50% refund will be issued if only the sketch has been completed. A 100% refund will only be provided if the piece has not been started.

If you are requesting a refund DO NOT file a charge back on PayPal. I will send out the refund personally. If you file a charge back on PayPal, you will be blacklisted from my services.

You have the right to post your commission wherever you please. Credit is preferred, but not needed.

You have the right to print your commission FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.

You have the right to use the commission for social media branding, as long as you are not selling any merchandise with the design.

Must be agreed upon before starting the commission.

This includes: selling stickers, selling prints, using the commission in advertisement, etc.

Commercial products are subject to a commercial fee. This varies depending on the project. Complete rights to the artwork will also affect the commercial fee.
